orbitspicks.com is operated by Reed Contracting Co LLC (doing business as Orbit's Picks). These terms are the agreement between you and us for everything on this site: the Orbit's Picks card, the free picks, and Bet Bot. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

This site is about sports betting. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use it, and by signing up you confirm that you are. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.

Nothing here is a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, broker or facilitate wagers, we hold no gambling licence, and we have no connection to any betting account you hold anywhere. Whether you bet, what you bet, and where you bet are entirely your decisions, made with licensed operators where you live, under the laws that apply to you.

Everything published here, including every pick on the card, is opinion and commentary, for entertainment. It is not betting advice, not financial advice, and not a prediction service you should rely on. Sports outcomes are uncertain, our record includes losses and always will, and past results do not predict future ones.

Bet Bot reads your own logged bets back to you. Its replies are generated by a machine from what you wrote down, they can be wrong, and they are not advice of any kind. It will not tell you what to bet, and nothing it says should be treated as telling you what to bet.

One account per person, with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or creates risk for us or for other users. Where reasonable we will tell you why.

The bets you log, the reasoning you write, and your conversations with Bet Bot are yours. You give us the licence needed to store them, process them, and show them back to you, which is the entire product. We do not sell them, we do not share them with other users, and we do not use them to train any model.

A settled bet cannot be edited or deleted on its own, by design: a record you can edit after the result is a record that cannot tell you anything. The way to remove settled bets is to delete the account, which removes everything.

The card, the picks, the write ups, and everything else we publish belong to us. You may read them and talk about them. You may not republish, resell, scrape, or systematically redistribute them, and subscriber content may not be shared outside your own use while subscriptions are offered.

When subscriptions open, The Card is $10 a month or $96 a year, charged through our payment processor. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.

Refunds: your first subscription, monthly or annual, carries a 7-day money-back guarantee; ask within 7 days of the first charge and we refund it in full. After that there are no refunds: cancel anytime, and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.

Until checkout exists, nothing on this site charges anybody, and no term in this section is in effect.

Do not use the site to break the law, probe or overload our systems, scrape content, resell access, harass anyone, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. Do not use automated tools to send chat messages. We rate limit Bet Bot and may adjust those limits to keep the service available and its costs sane.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, and we promise neither. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. Picks can be wrong, generated replies can be wrong, displayed data can be stale or wrong, and outages happen.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or gambling losses, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of fifty dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

If gambling stops being entertainment, stop. In the United States, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, or visit ncpgambling.org. Most sportsbooks also offer deposit limits and self exclusion, and using them is a sign of strength, not weakness.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will say so on the site before it takes effect, and the effective date above always tells you which version you are reading. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
