What to write about

  • A refund on a first subscription. Ask within 7 days of the charge and it is refunded in full. Write from the email on the account.
  • A problem with a charge or your access. Say what you expected and what you got. Cancelling and card changes are self-serve from your account page.
  • Something on the card that looks wrong. The pick, the line, or the result as recorded. The record only means anything if it is right.
  • Anything about your data. What is kept and why is in the privacy policy. Deleting your account is a button on the account page and needs no email.
