Common questions
- Is this a picks service?
Two things live here. The card is ours, written by a team, with free picks in the open and the full card behind a subscription. Bet Bot works on the bets you log yourself, it is free to start, and it never gives a pick.
- Does Bet Bot tell me what to bet?
No, and it will decline if you ask. It reads your own logged bets back to you. With enough history it names the habits in your wagering, the chase bet and the fandom bet among them, before you repeat them.
It also does not place bets. There is no sportsbook connection here, no account linking and no balance it can see. What people usually mean by a betting bot is an automation that places wagers, which is the behaviour that gets accounts limited. This one touches nothing.
That is deliberate rather than a limitation it is working around. A tool that also tells you what to do stops being the thing this one is, which is a clear enough view of your own thinking to argue with.
- Does it know about tonight’s games?
No. It has no live scores, lines, injuries, rosters or results, and it says so rather than guessing. A model asked about a game it has no data on will invent an injury report, and an invented one is worse than no answer.
- What does the subscription include?
Two tiers, and one of them is paid.
Free costs nothing and needs no card. Log as many bets as you like, always: logging is never capped on any tier. Ask Bet Bot 25 questions a month. Read the free picks, and read every free pick that has already played with its result attached.
The Card is $10 a month or $96 a year, and the year is the better price. It is the full weekly card with the reasoning written down before each game, the complete archive rather than the free slice of it, and Bet Bot at 120 messages a day.
Checkout is not built, so nothing charges anybody today. Subscriptions open when checkout opens, not when the record reaches some size. The free picks carry on after that, and every call stays up with its result and its reasoning either way.
- How is my data handled?
What is stored is what you enter: your bets, the reasoning you write against them, the factors you tag, your persona settings, and your conversations with Bet Bot. Alongside that is a count of the tokens each reply cost, which is how spending is kept in check. Nothing is bought, sold or shared, and nothing is used to train anything.
You can delete a pending bet from its edit page, and you can clear your whole chat history from the chat page. Both are immediate and neither can be undone.
A settled bet cannot be deleted on its own, and that is a choice rather than a limitation. A record you can edit after the result is a record that cannot tell you anything, so once a bet has an outcome it stays. The consequence is worth being plain about: if you want a losing bet gone, the only way is to delete the whole account.
Closing your account is not yet a button. Email us from the address on the account and we will delete it, which removes your bets, your reasoning, your persona and your conversations along with it.
- Can anyone else see my bets?
No. Your bets, your reasoning and your conversations are visible only to you.
Visibility is enforced in the database itself, not just in the app. Every table has row level security on, every policy is scoped to the signed-in account, and the queries filter on your user id as well. An anonymous read returns nothing at all.
Still unclear? How it works walks through the whole thing.
